Terms and Conditions

DreamStream, trytv.co provides IPTV subscriptions only. We are not responsible for the video/audio content and do not guarantee or claim any rights to it. We act as a reseller for multiple providers.

Content and Service Packages:

Channels and Video On Demand (VOD) content in any package are subject to change, update, or removal without prior notice. Our responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed-upon period. A screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered email address as confirmation.

Subscriptions and Usage:

Each subscription allows one connection at a time. Simultaneous use on multiple devices will result in permanent termination of the subscription. Multiple connections can be purchased (up to 5 per account) for simultanious viewing. Clients are responsible for providing their device information (type, model, app used, and MAC address if applicable) in the order notes. If this information is not received, the M3U format will be provided and cannot be changed.

Service Availability and Maintenance:

Our providers perform server maintenance periodically, which may occur at any time without a set timeframe. Buffering, freezing, and content unavailability are common occurrences in IPTV services. Clients are responsible for understanding how IPTV works and its inherent nature. Any IPTV package may be replaced with another in case of unavailability.

Subscription Delivery:

IPTV subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email address within one business day of receiving confirmed payment.

Subscription Guarantees and Responsibilities:

DreamStream guarantees that all subscription codes purchased through our website will be activated for the agreed-upon period. A screenshot of the subscription information and expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered email address. We are not responsible for server issues, content interruptions, or content unavailability, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any problems. We are also not responsible for subscriptions used with incompatible IPTV receiver boxes.

Service Cancellation/Hold:

Formal notification of cancellation or hold is not required. Subscriptions are automatically canceled or placed on hold at the end of the subscription period. No payment is required for cancellation or hold.

Content Changes:

Package offerings may vary, and we may add or remove services without prior notice. DreamStream.trytv.co acts as a service transporter only. Content may be changed (added/removed) in accordance with broadcasting laws.

Insurance:

DreamStream does not provide insurance for any service.

Payment:

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Bitcoin, and VoguePay. For credit/debit card payments, 3D authentication is required. If a transaction fails, contact your bank to authorize the transaction and enable 3D authentication. For billing or support inquiries, contact us using email (payments@trytv.co).

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Communications:

By creating an account, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing materials, and other information from us. You may opt out of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in our emails.

Purchases:

To purchase our products or services, you may be asked to provide specific information, including your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide and that the information you provide is accurate, correct, and complete. We may use third-party services to process payments. By submitting your information, you authorize us to provide this information to these third parties, subject to our privacy policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product/service availability, pricing errors, order errors, or suspected fraud.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies:

We continually update our product and service offerings. Information may be delayed in updating and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Products or services may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.¹

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions:

Contests, sweepstakes, and promotions may be governed by separate rules, which you should review. If these rules conflict with these terms and conditions, the promotion rules will apply.

Content:

You are responsible for the content you post on or through our service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and licenses described in these terms and conditions. You also represent that your content does not violate the rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that infringe on copyrights. You retain all rights to your content, but by posting it, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute it on and through our service.

Accounts:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account² and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use another³ person’s name or a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene as a username. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Copyright Policy:

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our service infringes on your copyright, please submit a claim to admin@trytv.co with the subject line “Copyright Infringement” and provide the information detailed below under “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims.” You may be held liable for damages for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims of copyright infringement.

To submit a DMCA notification, provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including⁷ breach of these terms and conditions. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the service. All provisions that should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamStream from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the service, breach of these terms, or content you post.

Disclaimer:

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Exclusions:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. These restrictions may not apply to you.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements.
